Leadership and Project Management Minor

 

The Leadership and Project Management minor equips students with essential skills to lead teams, manage projects, and deliver effective solutions in complex work environments. Students learn how to plan and execute projects, create customer value, drive continuous improvement, and apply cost-effective, strategic decision-making.
