The Leadership and Project Management minor equips students with essential skills to lead teams, manage projects, and deliver effective solutions in complex work environments. Students learn how to plan and execute projects, create customer value, drive continuous improvement, and apply cost-effective, strategic decision-making. Coursework also emphasizes risk management and leadership skills that are essential across a wide range of industries.

This minor takes a practical, action-oriented approach, allowing students to apply concepts directly to real-world scenarios. Students will also be prepared to sit for the Project Management Institute’s Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) exam, further enhancing their professional credentials. Graduates are well-prepared for leadership and project management roles in fields such as construction, engineering, information technology, logistics, manufacturing, operations, quality management, and supply chain management.
