The Criminal Justice minor provides students with an academic foundation in the structure and function of the criminal justice system. Students may choose to pursue a general overview of the field or complete coursework that leads to Michigan Department of Corrections certification, preparing them for employment in correctional settings.
This minor pairs well with a variety of majors where knowledge of law, public safety, social systems, or human services can expand career opportunities.
