Biography
Profile
Over the years, Dr. Reynolds has taught a variety of courses, both in literature and writing. His professional and scholarly interests include creative writing (fiction and screenplay/teleplay), world/global fiction, dystopian literature and film, and literature on film. His fiction has appeared in the Quarterly Literary Review of Singapore, TPQOnline, andCoe Review. He has chaired panels and presented papers at numerous conferences on topics ranging from the Beats to narrative theory to Clint Eastwood’s westerns. His article, “Obsession: Disfigurement and Dysmorphia: Machine-Body Transgression in Blade Runner and Ghost in the Shell,” appeared in the International Journal of the Humanities. In 2003–2004 he served as a Fulbright Scholar, teaching and researching, at the Faculté des Lettres et Sciences Humaines, Université de Sousse (formerly Université du Centre) located in the Mediterranean resort city of Sousse, Tunisia.
