Department of Physical Sciences

Hands-On Science

The Physical Sciences Department consists of faculty from these areas: chemistry, industrial chemistry, physics, physical science, geology and astronomy. The department offers bachelor's degrees in Chemistry and Biochemistry and an associate's degree in Industrial Chemistry Technology. In addition, the department (in conjunction with the School of Education) offers a secondary teaching major in Chemistry and secondary teaching minors in Chemistry and Physics.
