Biography
As the Dissertation Director for the Doctorate in Community College Leadership program and a Professor in the Department of English, Literature, and World Languages, Debbie Courtright-Nash is excited to be part of DCCL's efforts to prepare leaders for the future of community colleges and of ELWL's efforts to prepare English and English Education majors and minors for their careers and to equip non-majors for writing in their careers.
She is also a faculty member in the Cross-Curricular Career Community (C4) program aimed at supporting and retaining first year students Before joining ELWL at Ferris State University, she taught writing, literature, and English as a Second Language in higher education, including locations such as the University of Cincinnati's Clermont College, Bethel University in Indiana, and Feng Chia University 逢甲大學 in Taiwan.
