Michele (Mickey) works with students and alumni to explore career options, understand workforce trends, engage in activities to enhance employability skills, and to market themselves appropriately for internship and full-time career opportunities. She fosters relationships with federal, state, private and non-profit organizations that provide employment, helping to promote current and future vacancies. She also coordinates multiple events including the University’s Career & Internship Fairs, simulated interviews with employers, and numerous on- campus recruiting visits. She has been at Ferris since September 2011.

Jacob is a Senior Systems Administrator for the Enterprise & Application Services department within the Information Technology Services department under the Administrative & Finance Division. He graduated from the University’s College of Engineering Technology’s Computer Network & Systems program in 2007 and began working full time in the winter of 2008. Jacob’s expertise is in System Administration, Identity Management, Data Protection, and Electronic Messaging.

Carrie has been at Ferris since 2007 and has served in a number of positions across campus. She currently works in the Provost’s Office as the Academic Communication and Events Coordinator. She is responsible for all communication from the Provost's Office, produces the ProvostPost newsletter, and maintains the Academic Affairs website and the digital signs in the IRC. She plans and manages events and activities involving multiple colleges such as Academic Affairs Awards. She also serves on various campus-wide committees.

Erin Diehm has worked within the Administration and Finance Division in Student Financial Services since 2005, with the most current role as Student Financial Services Manager. She oversees the student service center in Timme, performs federal reporting, and manages e-commerce and credit card processing for the Big Rapids and Grand Rapids campuses. Erin is also a graduate of Ferris, with a degree in Business Education.

In her role as Governmental Relations Assistant, Jody serves as a liaison for the campus community regarding legislative matters.  She provides administrative support for the Vice President for Governmental Relations and General Counsel, performs legislative research and plans various events.  In addition to her legislative role, she works to promote, maintain and build a positive rapport with the greater Mecosta/Big Rapids community.

Denise Moulter has been at Ferris since 1986 in a variety of positions. She currently works as the Administrative Secretary to the Dean in Extended and International Operations.  She assists the Dean with everyday projects and tasks and is also responsible for all human resource and payroll work for EIO, which includes all the staff and adjunct faculty across the state in the 20+ regional locations that serve our students.

Joe began working as a Student Employee at Ferris in 1994 and upon graduation, became a full-time employee with IT Services in 1999. He has had several different IT roles through multiple reorganizations. Currently, Joe is coordinating services within the IT Service Center as an AV and Media Systems Engineer, while also leading Computer Asset Inventory and Specialized Services resources. Joe is serving on the Administrative Council for a second time. During his previous term, he was the Council Chair for one year. He has also served several years on the Students with Disabilities Council. Due to his historical Institutional knowledge combined with seizing new technology opportunities, Joe makes significant contributions to the University's IT services.

Chris is a graduate of and has been employed at Ferris State University since 1999. Currently working in the College of Arts, Sciences and Education Dean’s Office as the Administrative Assistant to the Dean, she is responsible for a broad array of administrative functions in the college and directly supports the Dean. She serves on multiple committees in the college and across campus. In late 2010, she was on the committee that recommended the development of the Administrative Council. Since the Council’s inception in 2012, she has been a member and the chair (with the exception of one year). She is passionate about advocating for all employees and has a special interest in making FSU a great place to work!

Her exceptional customer service and organizational skills are fully utilized in her role as Administrative Assistant in the Diversity and Inclusion Office. Her years of office and event experience are an asset to the Diversity and Inclusion Office.
