As recommended by the National Association for the Education of Young Children, the Early Learning Center maintains small class sizes and the highest adult to child ratio in the area.  We believe these practices foster positive relationships with each child and are the building blocks of a quality infant program that is responsive to children’s individual needs.

Primary Teachers are responsible for coordinating each child’s lesson plans, parent communication, and supporting their daily routines. Consistent, nurturing connections between teacher and child are at the heart of everything we do.

The classroom environment is designed to provide children many opportunities to safely explore their surroundings with support from their Primary Teachers.  Lesson plans are designed daily for children by their Primary Teacher using the HighScope curriculum to promote learning in all developmental areas (social, emotional, physical, cognitive, and language). The infant classroom has flexible, yet consistent routines based on the needs of the individual children.
