Biography

Carolyn’s direct service work has focused on children and families receiving optimal services within systems such as child welfare, schools, healthcare and criminal/legal. As an administrator, she concentrated on integrating behavioral health supports into systems of care and creating policies that made services more impactful for clients. Carolyn is a clinical therapist providing treatment to children/adolescents, adults, and families. She consults with service agencies on creating gender-responsive, trauma informed, and clinically sound programming. Carolyn provides supervision for LLMSW's and consultation for clinical supervisors.
