If you are interested in setting up an account with Fidelity Investments or TIAA-CREF,
request an application and a salary reduction agreement from the Human Resources department
at Prakken 150.
If you are interested in setting up an account with any provider besides Fidelity
Investments or TIAA-CREF, contact the vendor to obtain an application and download
the salary reduction agreement from the linked Payroll Forms website.
Note: All applications must be returned to Human Resources to process, they cannot
be done on-line.

All full-time employees are eligible to a retirement plan that includes contributions
from the University. Both full and part-time employees are eligible to participate
in supplemental retirement plans in which the employee contributes his/her own funds.
