Tuesday and Thursday Leagues

Katke Golf Course invites faculty, staff, students, and community members to join its Tuesday or Thursday golf leagues this season.

League play begins Tuesday, May 12, and Thursday, May 14, with a shotgun start at 5:45pm each week. Players should arrive and register in the clubhouse by 5:30pm.

The weekly format will be a two-person Better Ball of Partners “Net” Match Play against another team. Players will receive 90% of their handicap. Each hole will be worth 1 point, with 1 additional point awarded for winning the match. Tied matches will split the point.

Tee assignments:
Crimson tees: Age 59 and under
Silver tees: Age 60 and over
Gold tees: Women

Players without a handicap will use scores from the first three weeks to establish one. Once handicaps are established, the first three weeks will be scored for points and position. A dedicated league website will also be available to track weekly standings.

Katke members may participate at no cost. Members without a cart pass may ride for $10 per week. Non-member cost is $30 per week. Range balls are included each week, and there are no league dues.

This is a fun, social league open to golfers looking to enjoy the season at Katke.
