What support system or mentors did you have in college?
I had faculty mentors who introduced me to undergraduate research, helped me to find
funding to study abroad, and staff mentors who helped guide me through my college
and professional journey
What is something that you know now, that you wish you knew when you were in college?
To lean into the changes and enjoy the moment. Grades are important but value the
small moments with friends
What advice do you have for a first-generation college student pursuing a degree at
Ferris?
Get involved. Go to an event that you didn't think you would.
