Biography

Kim teaches multiple courses in the Health Administration Programs. Prior to coming to Ferris, she held various supervisory positions in the clinical laboratories of MidMichigan Health. She also taught as adjunct faculty in the Medical Laboratory Sciences program at Saginaw Valley State University. To keep current in healthcare, Kim volunteers her time with the local chapter of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) and the Central Michigan Regional Rural Health Network (CMRRHN). In 2017, Kim received the Regent's award for her service to ACHE as a local chapter board member, education committee member, and faculty member; she currently serves as her local chapter's Treasurer. Kim's involvement with the CMRRHN currently includes chairing the outreach committee and serving on the governance committee.
