Elise Gramza
Dr. Elise Gramza is the Executive Assistant to the Vice President for Diversity, Inclusion, and Strategic Initiatives/Director of the Jim Crow Museum at Ferris State University, where she supports initiatives focused on fostering environments that promote student success and institutional growth. Elise joined Ferris in 2006 and has held various roles, including Associate Dean of Enrollment Services and Registrar.
Elise holds a Doctor of Education in Community College Leadership from Ferris State University, a Master of Arts in Speech Communication and Dramatic Arts from Central Michigan University, and a Bachelor of Science in Integrative Public Relations, also from Central Michigan University.
