Ferris student choir, led by Taylor Spidell, sang gospel songs related to the civil rights movement of the 1960s. A short film, "A Man for This Season," was also shown. |

MLK Guest Speaker, 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm in BUS 111 |
Guest speaker, Sybrina Fulton, led a moderated conversation and Q&A on the topic of From Pain to Purpose: The Time is Now to Own Democracy. |

Martin Luther King Jr./ Black history/ Ferris Black history trivia night and student recognition. |
A night full of fun and trivia was had as the Ferris community closed out the MLK week celebration. A number of students were also recognized for their social justice activism. |
