Transfer Students Transfer Credits - International Education

If you are currently studying outside the United States and wish to transfer to Ferris State University AND you want your credits to transfer, you must submit course descriptions both in original language and in officially translated English along with your transcripts. Send these as soon as possible as credit transfers are a lengthy process and will take time. Please allow up to 8 weeks for the transfer credit evaluation process to be completed. The Office of International Education will evaluate potential transfer credit with the appropriate academic department.

If you are already studying in the United States on a student visa and wish to transfer to Ferris State University, complete and submit the document titled Transfer Form. This form needs to be signed by your international advisor at your current institution in order to transfer your current SEVIS immigration record to Ferris State University.
