Biography

Adam London is an assistant professor of public health within the College of Health Professions. He has earned a bachelor of science degree in Industrial and Environmental Health Management from Ferris State University, a Master of Public Administration degree from Grand Valley State University, and PhD in Public Health (epidemiology concentration) from Walden University. Dr. London also has over 25 years of experience in public health practice within local health departments in the state of Michigan. Dr. London is a Registered Sanitarian, a Diplomate of the American Academy of Sanitarians, and served as president of the National Environmental Health Association in 2017/18. His experience in public health practice include serving as county incident commander for high profile crises including COVID-19, PFAS groundwater contamination, and numerous outbreaks. Dr. London is also very engaged in the activity of professional associations and is a frequent presenter at educational conferences.
