Biography

I graduated from Delta College in 1999 with a dual Associate Degree in Dental Hygiene and Science. In 2014, I received a bachelor degree in Dental Hygiene from Ferris State University Dental Hygiene. In 2016, I received a master degree in Dental Hygiene from the University of Michigan. As a clinical dental hygienist, I worked in a periodontal, pediatric and general dentistry offices. I enjoyed working with patients of all ages particularly the periodontal patients. I was born and raised in Midland and still live there today. In 2021, I started my career at FSU, as the Dental Hygiene Clinic Operations Supervisor, doing administrative work and work in the clinic with dental hygiene students. I am now an Assistant Professor in the Dental Hygiene Department.
