Just-In-Time (JIT) Funding Program

We recognize that professional development opportunities arise sometimes without a great deal of notice and certainly in less time than may otherwise permit you to submit an application during the Timme Grants Program’s Fall and Spring funding cycles. We also understand that other circumstances may have not permitted you to submit an application during the typical funding cycles. With this in mind, the JIT Funding Program affords you the opportunity, within parameters described below, to submit an application for funding. The parameters are:

•  In Spring 2024, applications may be submitted for upcoming events between the months of January and June 2024.
• Applications with the appropriate approvals must be received no fewer than two weeks prior to the start of the professional development event. Naturally, the Review Committee encourages you to submit your completed application with approvals as soon as possible.
• The Review Committee will consider 5 applications between January 13, 2024, and April 26, 2024. Once the Committee has reviewed 5 applications, the JIT Funding Program will close.
• The Review Committee has up to 10 business days following receipt of your application to complete its review.  

The application form and review criteria are the same as those used for the Timme Grants Program.
