Ferris State University is ready to welcome back students with its annual series of
Bulldog Beginnings events to kick off the Fall 2015 semester.
The welcome week activities are scheduled during a period that includes the first weekend on campus and the first week of classes. Bulldog Beginnings offers opportunities for students to meet fellow students, eat for free, enjoy live music, win free prizes and to become better acclimated to their home away from home.
The events, coordinated by the Bulldog Beginnings Planning Committee, kick off on Friday, Aug. 28 and run through Friday, Sept. 4.
“Bulldog Beginnings is a lineup of exciting and educational events designed for all Ferris students to mark the beginning of a great school year,” said Fernando Labra, assistant director of Intramural and Club Sports and one of the lead organizers of the Bulldog Beginnings Planning Committee. “The committee hopes that students can carry the excitement and enthusiasm of Bulldog Beginnings throughout the entire school year.”
