The Mini MBA Management Development Program is ideal for providing employees, whose talents have promoted them into a management track, an applied understanding of business concepts and practices that can help them succeed as leaders. The Mini MBA is also an efficient opportunity for business professionals to refresh their prowess in current management and leadership practices.
The Mini MBA aligns participants around the common language and analytical tools of business. Sessions are presented in an abbreviated format and are designed to foster business acumen in areas such as accounting and finance, critical thinking, economics, ethics, human resources, leadership, lean systems, organizational change, and strategy formulation and implementation. The Mini MBA will cultivate smarter decision making that will positively impact your organization's productivity and profitability.
Session presenters feature several experienced business leaders and are led by David Steenstra PhD, Professor of Management in the College of Business at Ferris State University. (Attendees are also eligible for 2.7 CEU's.)
