Please coordinate their arrival before 5 p.m. on Wednesday, February 26. Please make sure that your company name is on the outside of the package. For package pick up, please ask at the Employer Zone upon your arrival at the event. After the event, please re-seal and address your package, and leave it at the designated area. A pickup may be scheduled at the same address for any day after Thursday, February 27. Time for pick up must be between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, M-F.

Preferred parking lots are 4E, 4G, 4H, 5B, 5E, 5F, and 6A . Carryover parking is recommended in lots 4A and 3A. Parking on the grass is prohibited.

Parking will be relaxed in the lots on the east side of Northland Drive beginning at 7:30 AM on Thursday, February 27th. However, this will not apply to special use, meters, or handicap spaces.

Loading/Unloading Zone

There will be a one-way loading and unloading area off Ives Street. Signs will direct you once on campus. In this utility area, your driver must remain with the vehicle, promptly unload/ load, and relocate the vehicle to a proper parking lot. Please allow extra time while traveling on campus, as there will be an estimated 300 extra vehicles on campus on this day.

Shuttle Service

Shuttle service will be available between parking areas and venue. Signs will indicate the pick-up and drop-off locations.

Shuttle service will be available during the following times:

• 7:30 AM - 9:30 AM
• 12:00 PM - 2:30 PM
• 4:30 PM. - 6:30 PM

9:00 AM – 12:00 Noon: College of Engineering Technology

Check In

Check In beginning at 8:00 AM on Thursday, February 27. Only one representative per company needs to sign in for your organization by the QR Code on your table tent. If you are attending both sessions, please sign in for each.

Table Location

Your table assignment, map of venue, and other important information will be sent by email to the contact on your registration form by February 17.

• Set up begins at 8:00 AM. Students will begin arriving at 9:00 AM
• Please keep your tables staffed until 12:00 Noon, as some students may have classes until 11:00 AM.
• At 12:00 Noon you may promptly depart as the gym will be re-set for arriving employers.
• If you have registered to attend both sessions, you may need to relocate to a new assigned table, due to the change in table charting.

Check In
