The DART will resume operations for spring semester on Friday, January 15th with service from 9am-5pm through Sunday, January 17th. During this time a stop will be added to the UREC facility to provide transportation to students interested in participating in the FREE COVID testing clinics during move-in weekend.
On Monday, January 18th, regular shuttle hours resume, 7:30am-7:30pm Monday - Thursday and 7:30am-2:30pm on Friday. On Tuesday and Thursday from 9:30-12:30 through spring semester, the DART will also add a stop at Wink Arena to provide transportation for students to participate in free COVID testing that is offered.

Ferris State University partners with Big Rapids Dial-A-Ride Transportation (DART) to provide free shuttle services on the campus routes available to anyone.
FREE CAMPUS SHUTTLE
The campus shuttle runs from 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 7:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Friday, during the fall and spring semesters on days classes are scheduled. The route takes approximately 18-20 minutes.
State law requires all DART passengers to wear a mask at all times while on the bus.
All buses are sanitized each morning with a 24 hour Microban product. There is a barrier between the driver and all passengers.
The shuttle bus will also be limited to a lower number of passengers due to the social distancing seating.
The DoubleMap mobile app or at bigrapids.doublemap.com will display the location of the shuttles in real time.
