Hiring Approval Forms (HAFs) within the Division of Academic Affairs will be effective one calendar year from the date of approval by the President. If the position identified on a HAF is not filled within that calendar year, a new HAF must be completed. Requests for exceptions must be submitted in writing to the Provost/Vice-President for Academic Affairs.
