Bulldog Bonanza brings Big Rapids community and campus together to inform, inspire Ferris State students

Ferris State University students will have an up-close opportunity to learn more about campus student organizations, and local businesses and nonprofits during Bulldog Bonanza.
Bulldog Bonanza takes place Wednesday, Sept. 11, from 4 to 7 p.m. on the Robinson Quad of the Big Rapids campus.
Ferris State Registered Student Organization and Greek Life Coordinator Josh Olszewski said Bulldog Bonanza opens students’ eyes to campus life options and off-campus resources and opportunities. Students can also walk away with some cool giveaways from various tables.
“Bulldog Bonanza provides new and incoming students an opportunity to meet student leaders of Registered Student Organizations at Ferris,” Olszewski said. “Bulldog Bonanza is a one-stop-shop for students to get to know a good portion of the active RSOs at Ferris.”
Besides participating in community businesses and nonprofits, Olszewski expects more 100 campus student organizations to participate in what he sees as a networking opportunity.
“There are over 200 RSOs at Ferris, from academic clubs to fraternities and sororities to sports clubs, and everything in between,” said Olszewski, who noted students seeking more information about campus organizations are encouraged to visit the Center for Student Involvement in the David L. Eisler Center, 805 Campus Drive.
“The Center for Student Involvement is here to help students find their fit here Ferris. We are always happy to help students find involvement opportunities that excite them.”
Students can email CSI at [email protected] or stop by the office in room 120 of the Eisler Center.
