Health Care Certificate

2.25 high school GPA (on a 4.0 scale) 

Applicant must show proof of high school graduation with a 2.25 GPA.  If it is determined by the College of Health Professions' Student Academic Affairs that regular program admission criteria should be met in order the complete the certificate successfully and be a contributing member of the courses, all college transcripts should be submitted to the Admissions Office. 

2.00 College GPA (on a 4.0 scale) 

No more than 50% of the credits may be transferred from another institution.  A minimum of 50% of certificate credits must be earned from Ferris State University to meet the Residency requirement.
