The Collaboration to Advance Pharmacy Enterprises
The Collaboration to Advance Pharmacy Enterprises (CAPE) was established in the Ferris State University College of Pharmacy in 2022. CAPE provides a space for faculty and students to gather, share ideas, and conduct collaborative research focused on outpatient care.
The Senior Director of CAPE is Dr. Michael Klepser, PharmD.
Mission
Promote antimicrobial stewardship efforts by providing clinicians with current prescribing practices in a timely, standardized, and user-friendly format.
Activities
Maintains relationships with health systems and health departments to collect and disseminate information regarding outpatient antibiotic use.

Mission
The Michigan Antibiotic Resistance Reduction Coalition (MARR) seeks to improve the use of antimicrobial agents in communities throughout the state of Michigan through the collaborative educational efforts of academic, government, and community partners.
Activities
MARR disseminates information about antibiotics and appropriate use, supports educational presentations for all ages led by MARR ambassadors, and provides printable and shareable resources for a variety of audiences.
