Faculty and staff can all benefit from FCTL’s Video Production services. Our Digital Production Specialist will consult with you from idea conception to the completion of your production and provide the finest results. No production is too small or too large when it comes to the education of FSU students and information for the broader campus community!

Services and Technologies Available Are:

Learning Glass Light Board

With the Learning Glass Light Board you will be able to take interactive learning to the next level. The Light Board can be used as a whiteboard and integrates seamlessly with PowerPoint, images, and video.  It is a fantastic tool for recording short, interactive lectures or presentations for flipped classrooms, online courses, and more. Green Screen Productions

Our green screen is a great way to create presentations that can be enhanced with powerful backgrounds, photos, or other graphics. By doing so, you can become a part of your lesson.

Single- and Multi-Camera Production

We can assist with script writing and video production for

• Campus events and faculty presentations
• Design and creation of promotional products
• On-location and in-studio productions for instructional or other purposes 
• Captioning provided of all video production

Ferris Cable Channel 22.1

The University’s cable channel can be used for

• Daily announcements
• Original and informative 30-minute television shows produced by the Television and Digital Media Production (TDMP) students
• TDMP-produced re-plays of FSU football and hockey games

Audio and video editing

Digital editing of video, audio, and graphics

Media Duplication or Conversions

Digital and analog formats

Evening and Weekend Hours Available

Just reserve the specialist and equipment in advance

Any production that is for classroom and/or instructional use is provided at no cost.

Please provide at least 2 weeks’ notice for a production. This will enable us to work with you to design and plan for all aspects of your desired end-product, from pre-production through production and post-production planning and execution.
