Ferris State University student success, how campus leaders seek to highlight the attributes of a Ferris education and insights on the institution’s history are a few of the anticipated subjects in the Ferris Forward podcast series, which launches on Wednesday, Jan. 15.
“I am hopeful this will provide a new way to engage our campus community, alumni, families, friends and benefactors,” Eisler said.
His first guest will be Mary Kay MacIver, associate director of Advancement and Prospect Management and chair of the university’s History Task Force. Ferris continues a celebration of its 135th anniversary during the academic year. Eisler and MacIver’s discussion, “135 Years, Celebrating Our Heritage,” will focus on the university’s most notable achievements and occurrences.
Eisler welcomes suggestions on Ferris Forward podcast topics, or potential guests, which can be offered by email. Ferris’ University Wide Notice system will distribute the launch announcement on Wednesday, Jan. 15.
