The University Events Calendar highlights a number of important dates that faculty, staff, students and others should take note of as the fall semester comes to a close at Ferris State University. The dates, below, include the university’s full closing schedule for the university as well as key dates for students to be aware of as they make plans for the start of the Spring 2017 semester, in January.

All university offices close for winter break at the end of the work day on Friday,
Dec. 23 and reopen on Tuesday, Jan. 3, 2017 at 8 a.m.

University offices reopen after winter break, beginning at 8 a.m.
Wednesday, Jan. 4
Late registration period for Spring 2017 semester begins
Thursday, Jan. 5
Late registration for Spring 2017 semester
Orientation hosted, by Admissions, from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
