`Dirty Rotten Scoundrels' Performed by Ferris Students

The fall musical "Dirty Rotten Scoundrels" premieres on Thursday, Oct. 29 at 7:30 p.m. in Ferris State University's Williams Auditorium.

Presented by FSU Theatre, "Dirty Rotten Scoundrels" is based on a popular 1988 film with the screenplay written by Dale Launer, Stanley Shapiro and Paul Henning. It is a sophisticated comedy that includes a bit of mischief.

"I hope students who attend will be entertained and I hope they get the chance to see another side of their peers," said Katherine LaPietra, a professor of Theatre and Humanities. "We have some great talent here."

Performance dates, at Williams Auditorium, are:

  • Thursday, Oct 29 at 7:30 p.m.
  • Friday, Oct 30 at 7:30 p.m.
  • Saturday, Oct 31 at 7:30 p.m.
  • Sunday, Nov 1 at 2:30 p.m.
