Ferris State University’s Admissions office will host a Dawg Day campus visit event
on Saturday, Nov. 7 from 9:15 a.m. until approximately 1 p.m. in University Center.
Dawg Days is an opportunity for guests to get a feel for Ferris as prospective students speak with colleges and departments; engage with Admissions staff, meet with Financial Aid staff, and student panel members. Guests also enjoy lunch, on campus, and participate in a tour of the Big Rapids campus.
“Dawg Days are great events for prospective students to learn more about what Ferris has to offer and get a feel for the campus,” said Eric Simone, assistant director of Admissions/marketing and events. “Our visitors have fun interacting with our students, exploring our campus and discovering opportunities at Ferris.”
During the visit, guests can create pictured memories in the Dawg Day photo booth, have photos taken with Brutus and enter a contest for a chance to win a Ferris sweatshirt through participation in the Dawg Days Twitter Hashtag Giveaway. Guests may enter the giveaway by following @FerrisAdmission on Twitter and tweeting throughout the day using, #VisitFerris. A random prize winner will be chosen around 12 p.m. and will be notified via Twitter.
