Students Encouraged to Audition for the 2015 ‘Ferris Has Talent’ Event

“Ferris Has Talent” will be hosted in Ferris State University’s Williams Auditorium on Tuesday, Feb. 24 at 7 p.m. All students are encouraged to showcase their skills by auditioning for a chance to perform on stage.

“Ferris Has Talent” was created three years ago by a group of Ferris resident advisors and is now hosted by the NAACP Youth and College Division of Ferris. This is the second year they will host the event, and hope to keep the event running annually. This event is free and open to the public.

“We are looking for all types of talents whether it’s dancing, singing, even juggling if they want to,” said NAACP member Jacqueline Recinos.

Send in your audition videos to this email address. Applications will be accepted until Friday, Feb. 6.

The event is funded by student activity fees as allocated by the Finance Division of Ferris Student Government. Any person who needs special accommodations to attend should contact (231) 591-2685 or by email at least 72 hours in advance.
