Ferris State University President David Eisler spoke with host Michael Patrick Shiels on Michigan’s BIG Show, this week, on Monday, Jan. 5. Shiels and Eisler discussed a variety of topics, including advice for families and students submitting FAFSA (the Free Application for Federal Student Aid) and a brief discussion about Dawg Days visits for students to be introduced to Ferris.
Shiels is the radio and television program that many Michiganders chose for a wake-up call.
“Shiels personality-based, newsmaker interview show covers politics in a non-partisan manner, plus entertainment, sports, lifestyles, travel and everything in between, while easing statewide listeners through their mornings and keeping them entertained and informed,” it states on the show’s website.
“Shiels asks relevant questions — pointed, but with respect — and recognizes that listening is the most important quality of a good interviewer.”
