Ferris State University’s Office of International Education is encouraging community members, faculty, staff and students to volunteer for the 27th annual International Festival of Cultures on Sunday, April 12 from 1 to 5 p.m.
The International Festival of Cultures will take place in the new University Center. Volunteer opportunities include setting displays, food preparation, helping with children’s activities, entertainment and more. The festival will feature a celebration of culture, performances, exhibits, activities and cuisine from around the world.
The Office of International Education currently hosts 530 international students from almost 50 different countries. Its purpose is to help international students coordinate education abroad opportunities and fostering a global understanding.
