Fee Schedule

G. Mennen Williams Auditorium Rate Schedule

Rates and additional charges for renting the auditorium for registered student organizations (RSOs)/faculty/staff, community and nonprofits, and commercial uses. 

Additional Charges

A $50/hr charge for time more than eight hours will be charged to all users. 

A $100/hr charge will be assessed for use of the auditorium beyond reserved time. 

Rental Regulations

All reservations subject to terms and conditions of University Faculty Use Agreement and Williams Auditorium Operating Policy Manual. 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made 2 weeks prior to the reservation date, without penalty. A $50 charge will be assessed to all University related activities cancelled within the two weeks of the event. Non-University activities will forfeit their deposit.
