How to Vote

1. Check your eligibility

If you're a registered Michigan resident or U.S. citizen, not serving a jail sentence, and will be 18 on Nov. 5, you're good to go!

2. Decide where / how to vote

This all depends on where you're registered to vote. You can update your registration to vote in-person in Big Rapids, vote by mail, or head back to the place you're registered to vote on Nov. 5.

3. Register to vote

You can register to vote on Election Day - but you have more options if you register to vote or update your registration information by October 21, 2024.

4. Vote!

If you're a Michigan resident, you have three options when it comes to casting your ballot. You can vote early in-person, vote by mail, or vote in-person on Election Day.
