Five Ferris State University soccer players have earned All-Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference accolades for the 2025 season.
The Bulldogs' honorees include a first-team at-large recipient in junior forward Katherine Welch, a Sports Communication major from Ada, along with three second-team selections and an honorable mention choice.
Ferris State’s second-team representatives included sophomore midfielder Natalia Leavens, a Human Resources Management major from Northville, along with senior defender Bella Vallone, a Criminal Justice major from Sparta, and sophomore goalkeeper Korinne Ihrke, a Psychology major from Oxford.
Junior midfielder Isabella Baron, a Biology major from Romeo, garnered All-GLIAC Honorable Mention laurels.
The Bulldogs capped off the 2025 campaign with an 8-5-6 overall record and an 8-3-3 conference slate. Ferris State won five of its last six regular-season contests, going 5-0-1 in the stretch, prior to a 2-0 setback to Northern Michigan University in the GLIAC Tournament Quarterfinals on Tuesday.
This year, the Bulldogs made their 16th consecutive GLIAC Tournament appearance and 18th in program history. It also marked the eighth time in the past nine seasons in which Ferris State hosted at least a tourney quarterfinal-round home contest.
