2025 College of Business Excellence Awards

On Saturday, May 3, 2025, the College of Business hosted its prestigious Excellence Award Ceremony at the David Eisler Center from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. The event celebrated outstanding students who exhibited exceptional academic achievements, dedication, and leadership within the university community.
Award Selection and Criteria
Award recipients were nominated by faculty members from the College of Business who were on the selection committee. Nominees exemplified superior academic performance and demonstrated intellectual growth, leadership, and active participation in both academic and professional organizations. To qualify for nomination, undergraduate seniors were required to maintain a minimum GPA of 3.25 and have completed at least 90 credits, while graduate students needed to have earned 19 or more credits. Those honored with the Excellence Award represented the top three percent of their peers.
Event Highlights
The ceremony featured a keynote address, offering an inspiring perspective on academic and professional excellence. Award recipients were formally recognized for their hard work and contributions during a special presentation. Attendees also had the opportunity to learn more about individual student achievements and future endeavors within the College of Business.
