ENGL Placement For 2024-25:
- As of September 1 2024: All students will be placed in English according to SAT/ACT, or ACCUPLACER Writeplacer score.
- Before September 1, 2024: Only in cases where is is not feasible for a student to take the ACCUPLACER Writeplacer test, a student admitted without SAT/ACT scores who has an average grade of B (85 of 100; 3.0/4.0) or better in high school English courses may be placed into ENGL 150. Students with average grades below that level will be placed in ENGL 074 or may opt to take the ACCUPLACER Writeplacer test to determine placement.
