Using the concepts of the social change model for leadership development; leadership education and practice is broken into four phases. Each phase describes the key values to be learned and practiced, along with examples of opportunities currently being offered at Ferris State University.

LeaderShape is a week long intensive leadership program intended to challenge you to dig deeper and become a better leader. You must be able to commit to the full experience. This will be a FREE leadership experience, including transportation, meals, and housing for the week. Space is limited it will be on an application basis, so make sure you register soon!
