Hypnotist Tom DeLuca, a four-time National College Entertainer of the Year honoree, returns to Ferris State University on Saturday, Feb. 3.

A four-time honoree as National College Entertainer of the Year, hypnotist Tom DeLuca returns to Ferris State University for a Saturday, Feb. 3 show expected to again pack the house.

The ballroom of the David L. Eisler Center, 805 Campus Drive, is the setting for this show, hosted by the Center for Student Involvement. The event, which is family-friendly, free and open to the public, begins at 7:30 p.m.

“Tom DeLuca has always captivated students at Ferris, as well as nationwide,” said Ben Avery, Center for Student Involvement coordinator. “It’s a distinctive experience as students take the spotlight, creating a positive atmosphere with big laughs and enduring memories for both performers and the audience.”

DeLuca’s hypnosis road show is popular nationwide on college campuses and in the corporate world. Many national media outlets have featured him, including Dateline NBC, the Chicago Tribune, Good Morning America, Rolling Stone, Variety, Los Angeles Times and New York Post.

Avery said Ferris State students continue to return for DeLuca’s performances because he has students laughing, feeling good, and having opportunities to express themselves in ways that are often hilarious for event attendees.
