Commencement and Online Annual Student Exhibition Participation Form

By completing this form, you'll help us ensure that:

• We're using your preferred name throughout the Commencement ceremony
• Your name is pronounced correctly when you're called to cross the stage
• Your name is spelled correctly in the Commencement program and on the slide that will be shown on screen when you cross the stage
• The slide shown will include your headshot and an image/short video of your work you've selected to represent your creative practice at KCAD

All BA/BFA graduates are required to participate in the Undergraduate Senior portion of our 2025 Online Annual Student Exhibition, which will complement the physical Annual Student Exhibition to be held on campus. Each student in the exhibition will be featured in a slider gallery that displays their name, their program, their professional links, and 3-5 creative works (images or videos are accepted) of their choosing. When clicked, these slider galleries expand into full screen lightbox slider galleries.

• We're showcasing your chosen creative work
• We're promoting your professional website and/or Instagram handle, should you chose to submit them

All master's-level graduates are required to participate in the Master's Thesis portion of our 2025 Online Annual Student Exhibition, which will complement the physical Master's Thesis Exhibitions to be held on campus throughout the spring semester. Each student in the exhibition will be featured on a webpage that displays their name, their program, their artist/designer statement, and a tiled image gallery including up to 20 of their creative works. When clicked, these tiled galleries expand into full screen lightbox slider galleries.
