Curriculum Process
Step 1
For the current Academic Year (AY), the curriculum software (Curriculog) is the sole source for initiating curriculum proposals.
Curriculum Forms in Curriculog:
- Program Creation Form
- Program Modification Form
- Program Deletion Form
- PCAF Form
- Shared Core Modification Form
- Course Creation (Non-General Education Course) Form
- Course Creation (General Education Course) Form
- Course Modification (Non-General Education Course) Form
- Course Modification (General Education Course) Form
- Course Deletion Form
Step 2
The Originator fills out the appropriate Curriculog forms based on the curricular action type of either program-level or course-level changes, then launches the proposal. During this point in the process, RAM may have questions the Originator must answer before the proposal can be approved and RAM will also assign a number to the proposal and create a consultation Form Link that will travel with the proposal for the documentation and subsequent responses to any comments or concerns. The Originator will review and confirm any edits before RAM moves the proposal to the next step. The proposal will automatically move through the workflow process for approvals. You can monitor the proposal at anytime through Curriculog.
Step 3
Once the proposal has been fully approved, an congratulatory implmentation email will be sent to all necessary entities from the FSU Curriculum email.
