The Ferris Library (FLITE) is committed to providing equitable service and access to all users. As part of this commitment, FLITE:
- Strives to meet WCAG 2.0 Level AA for all web services
- Will select resources that are in full compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act when possible
- Will work with current vendors to ensure all e-resources follow WCAG 2.0 Level AA or provide reasonable accommodation
- Will work with the Accessibility Coordinator to provide reasonable accommodation and timely access to resources in the library collections licensed or purchased prior to 2017 that are not currently accessible
- Will provide access to the Assistive Technologies lab, where patrons may use:

- Dragon Naturally Speaking

- ZoomText
- Other assistive software
