Susan supports the research of Ferris students, faculty, staff and alumni. Interlibrary Loan expands the range of resources available to the Ferris community by supplementing those owned by FLITE Library. Susan obtains articles, books, book chapters, DVDs, music scores and more from libraries around the world. She also processes requests for academic and public libraries, area hospitals, law offices, and government agencies.

On a personal note, Susan enjoys reading, traveling, cooking, and spending time with her family.
