Kelly supports the research of Ferris students, faculty, staff and alumni. Interlibrary Loan expands the range of resources available to the Ferris community by supplementing those owned by FLITE Library. Kelly obtains articles, books, book chapters, DVDs, music scores and more from libraries around the world.

She also processes requests for academic and public libraries, area hospitals, law offices, and government agencies.
