Profile

As the health sciences librarian, Ali serves as liaison to the College of Health Professions and the College of Pharmacy. She has worked as a clinical health professional, and blends her clinical background and library and information science training to serve her liaison areas and promote vital library and information resources. With faculty and student input, Ali selects library materials that support the academic and professional needs of her liaison programs. She also provides instructional sessions to promote research skills that the health professions students and pharmacy students can apply both in educational and work settings. Ali can be contacted for health sciences reference help via phone, e-mail, on a drop-in basis, or during librarian's office hours. In addition, Ali provides general reference and consultation services at the main reference desk.
