Profile

Rodney is FLITE's Library Technology Coordinator and is responsible for a wide variety of important functions at the library. One of Rod's major responsibilities is ensuring that all of FLITE's public and classroom computers, nearly 200 in all, are running and performing properly. 

In addition to his technical support responsibilities, Rod is responsible for reviewing and approving the online reservation requests for FLITE's instructional studios and seminar rooms. Further, he manages FLITE's safety & security programs and is responsible for many of the day-to-day operations of the FLITE building.

Outside of the library,  Rod can often be found tending to his vegetable gardens or working on various projects in his workshop.

Employed at Ferris since 2008
