FSUS Instruction

Thank you for your interest in a FLITE session for your FSUS 100/HNRS 100 course. This FSUS Instruction Form can be used to book your session(s).

Please provide FLITE's Instruction Team with at least two dates for which your class is available. Please schedule each FSUS section individually. We will always try to run all your FLITE sessions the same week for all sections, but we cannot guarantee this. 

After completing the form, a confirmation of your date, time, and location will be emailed to you as soon as possible.
