Nutrition Services

Our Registered Dietitian Nutritionist is available to answer any questions about making healthy food choices, how to look and feel your best, managing personal health issues or improving athletic performance. Students who are required to follow a medically-prescribed diet may schedule an appointment and present documentation from your physician. Private consultations are free of charge to Ferris students and staff. Brenda also takes referrals from Birkham Health Center, the Counseling Center and athletic coaches. Brenda works closely with the Dining staff in order those with special dietary needs are properly taken care of.

Other services offered are; tips on shopping and preparing meals at a low cost, speak on nutrition topics in the on campus residence halls and for other student organizations and many other health and eating concerns you may have.
